Roseburg Police have charged a man with 23 sex crimes.

An RPD report said 42-year old Michael Younis was contacted at 2:45 p.m. Friday at his home in the 1300 block of Harlan Street in the Charter Oaks area. Younis was arrested without incident as part of an on-going investigation.

He was charged with 10 counts of encouraging child sex abuse in the first degree and 13 counts of invasion of personal privacy in the first degree. Younis was detained without bail. No further details regarding the case were released by RPD.
