An Idaho man was cited by Roseburg Police after an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. 41-year old Joshua Hitchcock was at a business in the 2800 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard charging his phone in the lobby. Hitchcock was asked to leave because he was not a guest. The man became upset and threw a cup full of pens at an employee, hitting her in the face. The woman deployed a taser on Hitchcock, but he continued to yell and refused to leave.

Officers cited the man for harassment, and second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Hitchcock was cited and released.
