A Riddle woman was cited for careless driving the by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office following a two-vehicle wreck on Monday.

A DCSO report said at 8:05 a.m. the 41-year was driving her kids to school and was in the 400 block of Park Street in Riddle. The woman turned around in her seat to lecture them about arguing. While counseling her kids, her SUV crashed into a parked car, as she was not looking at the road. The airbags were deployed and the driver suffered from a bloody lip, but declined medical attention.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
