A two-vehicle wreck clogged traffic on Northeast Stephens Street just before 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 11:55 a.m. a mini-van was northbound when the driver ran the red light at the intersection of Stephens and Northeast Newton Creek Road. An SUV was southbound on Stephens, turning left onto Newton Creek, when the two vehicles collided in the middle of the intersection. The mini-van flipped and rolled several times.

Neither driver was injured and both vehicles were towed from the scene. The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Part of the roadway was closed while the scene was cleaned up, delaying traffic in the area.
