A driver was arrested for DUII following a freeway crash on Monday.

An Oregon State Police report said at approximately 3:50 p.m. an SUV was northbound on Interstate 5 about two miles south of Rice Valley when it collided into the center median and came to an uncontrolled rest horizontally in the fast lane. The driver had minor injuries and refused medical attention but allegedly showed signs of impairment.

After taking standard field sobriety tests, she was taken into custody.
