Roseburg Police cited a man for first-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. the 40-year old was contacted at a camp along the railroad tracks in the 100 block of Northeast Exchange Drive. He was released after the citation was issued.
