Winston Police jailed a woman for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Saturday.

A WPD report said 44-year old Angela Osburn was allegedly yelling, screaming and acting disorderly. She was contacted by officers and reportedly had a methamphetamine pipe in her hand.  Osburn allegedly continued to yell and scream at officers before destroying the pipe to avoid a citation.

Osburn was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and for tampering with evidence. She was held on $5,000 bail.

No further information was released by WPD.
