Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree criminal mischief and for a warrant, early Saturday morning.

An RPD report said just after 2:15 a.m. an officer contacted the 67-year old at Burger King in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, after he allegedly broke a window with a piece of metal. The suspect admitted to breaking the window and said he was trying to get inside to make a burger.

In addition, officers learned the man had a warrant out for his arrest. He was detained on $7,500 bail and was released early Monday.
