Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree criminal trespass on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said just before 3:30 p.m. officers contacted the 67-year old at Sherm’s Thunderbird in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The man was trespassing on the store’s property as he had previously been trespassed from that location several times.

He was released after the citation was issued.
