Roseburg Police charged a man with harassment on Monday night.

An RPD report said after an ongoing investigation, the 28-year old was charged in regards to a physical disturbance with a victim that allegedly happened August 29th. The man was already in the Douglas County Jail so the new charge was added at 6:45 p.m. Bail is set at $2,500.
