Roseburg Police cited a man Saturday night for a prior hit and run incident.

An RPD report said the 24-year was identified as the suspect, He agreed to turn himself in to the Roseburg Police Department on Southeast Douglas Avenue, and did so Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. He was cited for failure perform the duties of a driver and then was released.
