A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for an alleged harassment incident early Saturday evening.

An RPD report said just after 5:30 p.m. an officer responded to Eagle’s Park in the 900 block of Southeast Lane Street, regarding a disturbance between a man and a woman. The officer determined that the 64-year old had pushed the victim during the altercation.
