Roseburg Police cited a man after an incident at CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said shortly after 2:00 p.m. the victim was bringing the 30-year old suspect in for an evaluation. He reportedly became upset and head-butted the victim and punched him a few times. The suspect was cited for harassment and was released at the scene.
