Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged harassment on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. a passerby called to report that the 38-year old had allegedly pushed a victim down along the roadway, near the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard, and Northeast Winchester Street. The victim said the man had kicked her while she was on the ground, but the suspect denied that anything physical had occurred.

The man was charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
