Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal mischief on Tuesday.

An RPD report said on Monday 59-year old Stephan Thill allegedly unlawfully entered a victim’s parked vehicle in the 100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. While in the vehicle, Thill’s colostomy bag came off and leaked feces all over the vehicle. The report said the damage will cost thousands of dollars to clean. Thill was already lodged regarding a separate incident, so new charges were added.

Thill was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and for second-degree criminal trespass. He was detained without bail.
