A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for an alleged theft incident on Monday.

Information from RPD said just after 4:00 p.m. officers responded to the theft of shoes from a building in the 1100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The shoes contained an orthotics valued at over $300.

The 59-year old was developed as the suspect and was cited for second-degree theft. He was released after the citation was issued.
