Greater Douglas United Way kicks off its 69th annual giving campaign with a breakfast event on Thursday September 7th.

It will be held at 7:00 a.m. at Splitz Family Grill.

Campaign leaders for the agency, board members and key donors will gather with representatives of member agencies who provide services throughout the county.

Executive Director Bryan Trenkle said, “The car has been set high again this year, and we expect to see more proof of how our community continues to give back”. Trenkle said twenty-four non-profit member agencies and another two hundred plus non-profit organizations benefited from last year’s campaign.
