Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree disorderly conduct following an incident Saturday night.

An RPD report said at 10:00 p.m. officers contacted the 35-year old at Denny’s in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue where he was accused of trying to start a fight with numerous people. The man was taken into custody and held on $2,500 bail.
