A Roseburg man was cited for a littering incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:00 p.m. officers contacted a 55-year old in the 200 block of Southeast Fowler Street, under the bridge over Deer Creek. The man has been camped under the north side of the bridge. At least one truckload of trash was reportedly found at that location.

The man was cited for depositing trash within one hundred yards of a waterway. He was released after the citation was issued.
