Roseburg Police jailed a man after a disturbance in the lobby of the Public Safety Center on Southeast Douglas Avenue on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 p.m. the 40-year old was taken into custody after he allegedly caused damage to decorations at that location. He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $1,250.
