Roseburg Police jailed a man after a parking lot incident on Wednesday.

The RPD report said at 1:15 p.m. 31-year old Brandon Ream allegedly trespassed at Sherm’s Thunderbird in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway and then took a cart that he used to collect bottles with. Employees confronted him to take the cart back as he left the property but Ream threw bottles and the cart around. Debris flew into the roadway, obstructing traffic and creating a mess.

Ream was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, offensive littering and for a warrant out of Linn County. Bail was set at $12,500.
