ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Roseburg Police jailed a man following alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 3:30 p.m. officers responded after a caller said that 32-year old Kenneth Trotter had kicked in an interior door at a victim’s residence in the 100 block of Sunshine Road. When the victim attempted to call 911 regarding the incident, Trotter allegedly took the victim’s cell phone from her. Trotter left the location but was contacted later and arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, interference with making a report and for driving while suspended-misdemeanor. Bail was set at $18,750.
