Myrtle Creek Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance Monday night.

An MCPD report at 9:50 p.m. officers responded to the incident in the 1000 block of Northeast Douglas Street. An investigation led to the arrest of the 22-year old. He was charged with a felony count of fourth-degree assault and for a parole violation. The suspect was detained without bail.

No further information was released by MCPD.
