Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. officers contacted the pair sleeping in a tent in Charles Gardner Park in the 2600 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard, in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. Both have been warned or cited for this offense previously. The 34-year old man and 39-year old woman were issued more citations and told to pack it up.
