Record breaking heat is possible in the Umpqua Valley next week.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the Roseburg Regional Airport could see a new record high temperature for the date on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Roseburg is slated to get to 108 degrees Monday and 103 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday. The record highs for those dates are 104 degrees, 102 degrees and 101 degrees respectively.
