Friday is the third day of the Douglas County Fair with all kinds of things happening, including 4-H and FFA activities.
38 Special plays the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m. presented by Clint Newell Auto Group. Entertainment is presented on The News Review Garden Park Stage throughout the day.
Those who “Dress a Veggie” are admitted for free from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Admission is free for kids age twelve and under, sponsored by the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians. Adult admission is $10.
Commercial buildings and carnival attractions are open at 11:00 a.m.
Buses are available from 10:00 a.m.to 11:00 p.m. They can be picked up at Roseburg High School and the First Student lot in Green. Parking at the fairgrounds is $10 per vehicle.
