Thursday is the second day of this year’s Douglas County Fair and there are a lot of things happening.
4-H and FFA activities are going on through Saturday.
Craig Morgan plays the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m.
Music will also be featured on The News Review Garden Park Stage throughout the day.
Members of the Armed Forces and First Responders are admitted to the fair for free until 5:00 p.m. – Sponsored by T-Mobile. Admission is free for kids age twelve and under all day every day, sponsored by the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.
Commercial buildings and carnival attractions open at 11:00 a.m.
Buses will run from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. They can be picked up at Roseburg High School or at the First Student lot in Green. Bus transportation to the fair is free. Parking at the fairgrounds is $10 per vehicle.
