Roseburg Police charged a man with second-degree disorderly conduct on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. officers contacted and arrested a 38-year old man in the 500 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. The suspect had generated four calls in about three minutes after he allegedly attempted to start fights inside a business, and then punched vehicles in the parking lot.

The report described the man as “incredibly intoxicated” and his parole officer wanted him detained for the violation. He was detained on $2,500 bail.
