A driver was cited following a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 12:30 p.m. a vehicle was in the northbound lane waiting to turn into the parking lot of a business in the 1500 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive. A second vehicle was headed southbound on Mulholland when the first vehicle turned into the parking lot, directly in front of the second vehicle. A passenger in the first vehicle complained of arm pain but was not transported.

The driver who caused the accident, a 19-year old Winston woman, was cited for making a dangerous left turn. The second vehicle was towed from the scene while the first vehicle was driven away.
