A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police after an alleged incident at a drive-through on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at about 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 33-year old in the drive through at Burger King in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Staff had reported that the driver was passed out behind the wheel. The suspect appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or some sort of depressant. He consented to standard field sobriety tests which he allegedly performed poorly.

The man was taken jail where he was cited and released for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
