Roseburg Police cited a man after an incident at Fred Meyer in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. the 59-year old caused a scene after he felt employees were too slow. When confronted by the manager, the suspect reportedly hit him in the head with empty grocery bags. The unhappy customer was cited for harassment and second-degree criminal trespass and then was released.
