Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 12:50 p.m. officers responded to Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway regarding an unresponsive man.

Officers contacted the 45-year old, who had an open container of alcohol in front of him. He was cited for drinking in public and was trespassed from the store.
