Detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested two people on drug charges in the Green area on Saturday.

Lieutenant Rick McArthur of DINT said at approximately 2:00 p.m. with assistance with deputies from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, detectives stopped a vehicle in a parking lot in the 4600 block of Carnes Road. McArthur said detectives were interested in the vehicle as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity. The occupants of the vehicle were detained and a search was conducted, allegedly yielding approximately two ounces of suspected methamphetamine.

48-year old Weslie Skidmore of Tenmile was charged with unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit a Class B felony. 28-year old Cameron Sullivan was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Both were detained without bail.
