An Azalea man was jailed after an alleged assault incident Friday afternoon.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said during an investigation of a verbal altercation, it was learned that 29-year old Colin Hissong allegedly assaulted three victims over the previous few days.

Hissong was taken into custody in the 500 block of Block Ranch Road in south county a few minutes after 1:00 p.m. He was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, for strangulation and three counts of harassment. Hissong was detained without bail.
