A transient was jailed after an alleged trespass incident early Thursday.

A Sutherlin Police report said just before 4:30 a.m. 59-year old Stephan Thill was advised of trespass after he allegedly refused to leave a business in the 1400 block of Hospitality Way. Thill reportedly dumped garbage out of his vehicle and was causing alarm to customers. He was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and trespass, and for offensive littering. Thill was detained on $ 5,000 bail and was released on Friday.
