Four people were cited for second-degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police Thursday night.

An RPD report said just after 9:10 p.m. officers responded to a physical disturbance at a business in the 2700 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. The investigation concluded that a victim was attacked by four others after he took his dog from his ex-girlfriend.

The four people, all in their 20s, were cited for second-degree disorderly conduct. One of them -a 22-year old – was also cited for harassment.

The group was released on the scene.
