The City of Sutherlin is preparing for a large crowd for the Music Off Central concert Thursday night.

Country music group Diamond Rio will play at the Grand Central Stage in Central Park at 7:00 p.m. The Grammy award winning group has sold over ten million albums, had nine number one singles, and garnered many honors over the years.

Central Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Willamette Street and Umatilla Street beginning at 3:00 p.m., except for commercial and emergency vehicles. Central Avenue will be shut down from South State Street to Umatilla Street starting at 5:00 p.m. to ensure the safety of concert goers.
