Douglas C.A.R.E.S. has Foster Fun Day happening this Saturday.

Executive Director Sarah Wickersham said it is for all children in foster care and all families being supported by child welfare.

It will take place in Roseburg’s Stewart Park, to the right of the large pavilion from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

A large number of organizations will have booths or activities at the event. That includes the Umpqua Community Action Network, Family Faith and Relationship Advocates, Adapt, Thrive Umpqua, the National Guard and many others.
