A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident on Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 5:00 p.m. the 31-year old allegedly entered a restaurant in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after previously being prohibited. The man reportedly remained inside the premises after being told to leave by an employee and manager.

The new crime along with possession of marijuana were also violations of the suspect’s post-prison supervision. The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
