Sutherlin Police jailed a man for an alleged weapon offense on Sunday.

An SPD report said just after 8:00 a.m. 58-year old Kenneth Coster of Coos Bay, was allegedly shooting a BB gun out the window of his vehicle at Cooper Creek Reservoir.

Coster was charged with harassing wildlife, second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
