Roseburg Police jailed a man after a weekend trespass incident early Sunday.

An RPD report said at 2:45 a.m. officers arrested the 31-year old at Denny’s in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue after the man had been advised of trespass fifteen minutes earlier.

His probation officer placed a detainer on him. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a probation violation. He was detained without bail
