A Winston man was cited for fourth-degree assault Tuesday following an alleged fight at a business on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said officers responded to the incident at a business in the 200 block of Northeast Jackson Street, where three people were arrested and one person was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center for injuries. It was later learned that a victim suffered a fractured orbital socket after being punched by a 19-year old.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
