Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a restraining order on Monday.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. the 51-year old turned himself in after violating a restraining order in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. He was detained on $5,000 bail and was released later in the day.
