Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged trespass incident at an apartment on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 10:30 a.m. the 48-year old was contacted while staying at an unoccupied apartment at the Parkside Village Apartments in the 2700 block of Northeast Douglas Avenue.

The man did not have permission to be staying there. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $6,250.
