Roseburg Police cited a man after an alleged hit and run incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 9:15 a.m. members of the American Legion asked the 53-year old Canyonville man to leave their property in the 400 block of Southeast Oak Avenue. After a brief verbal argument, the man drove out of the parking lot. When he did so his vehicle allegedly struck a down spout and completely destroyed it. His vehicle also reportedly struck a truck in the lot as it pulled out.

The suspect was located several hours later and was cited for two counts of hit and run.
