Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged criminal mischief incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at about 9:10 a.m. officers contacted the 28-year old after a caller said the man was spray painting the parking lot of the Garden Valley Shopping Center in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

The man was allegedly found to have white paint on his hands and a can of spray paint located near him. He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $6,250.
