Roseburg Police jailed a man following a DUII incident on Sunday.
An RPD report said just after 11:45 a.m. officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street after a caller said that an intoxicated man had driven into the parking lot of the business and was causing a disturbance.
Upon contact the 58-year man showed signs of intoxication and refused to do field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody and his vehicle was impounded. A sawed-off shotgun was allegedly located in the vehicle. The suspect was transported to corrections where he refused to provide a breath sample, so a warrant was written. He was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center and a blood draw was conducted. The suspect was also found to have a warrant for his arrest.
The man was jailed on charges of unlawful possession of a short-barreled firearm, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and for the warrant. He was detained without bail.
