Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass and theft incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at just after 12:00 p.m. the 33-year old was contacted after he had gone in the Holiday Inn in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue, after being previously trespassed. The man then allegedly stole merchandise from the motel store.

He was charged with criminal trespass in the second-degree and theft in the third degree. Bail was set at $7,500.
