Roseburg Police jailed a man Wednesday after an alleged disturbance was reported at a store.

The RPD report said at 11:25 a.m. 32-year old Kurt Dunn allegedly punched the manager of McDonalds in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Dunn had previously been trespassed from the business. When he returned, the manager told him to leave, which led to the incident. The punch left a red mark on the victim. Several people that witnessed the incident told police they were alarmed by Dunn’s behavior.

Dunn was charged with harassment and second degree counts of disorderly conduct and trespass. Bail was set at $6,250.
