The Roseburg Honda Hometown 4th of July Fireworks event is coming up on Tuesday night.

Gates open at the Douglas County Fairgrounds at 2:00 p.m. with a car show that continues until 5:00 p.m. The show is open to custom, classic, street, rat rod and muscle vehicles along with motorcycles. Registration is $10 per vehicle, with prizes being given away.

The Douglas County Dirtrack will host the Firecracker 50 Race from 5:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.  More information about that part of the evening is on the organization’s Facebook page.

Fireworks will begin at 10:00 p.m. and will be choreographed to patriotic music that will be broadcast on News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN and Best Country 103.

Parking at the fairgrounds is $10 vehicle.
